The NWMLS has just published stats from December and wow they are severe. I’m a broken record when I tell my clients that NOW is the time to sell. This is particularly true for 98033 and 98034.
4-5 months of Inventory ( aka home listings) is considered a balanced market. Currently, Kirkland has .80 months.
THAT’S LESS THAN ONE MONTH!
Talk about supply and demand being out of balance. This is a full tilt!
With Tableau growing into a new, larger space in Kirkland, there will be increased demand for housing as well.
As of this morning, there were only 2 new condo listings- both over 500K for 2 bedrooms.
Washington Shores $509,500 and The Boulevard $648,000.
