Waverly Way Could Make You a Runner.

Do yourself a favor on a sunny day like today and go for a little jog on Waverly Way. Parking is free and the air is fresh!

Stretching from 111 Waverly Way at Heritage Park…

Through West of Market…all the way down the hill at the end of the street at Waverly Beach Park.

I usually run down the dock and take a pause to stretch or do some dips on the park benches. Then I sprint up the hill and head back towards DT Kirkland.

The Realtor in me is compelled to look East as I run and drool over the awesome houses that I promise myself I’ll buy one day; brick Tudors, Craftsman, Modern new construction….

and of course the Stucco mansion that everyone knows and witnessed the million dollar+ remodel…

But cast your eyes West and you might catch a glimpse of the Space Needle, the breathtaking Olympic Mountain range and the blue waters of Lake Washington.

So lace up! Grab the pooch! Even if you are not a runner, Waverly Way is one of the best walks in Kirkland.

And when you spot a West of Market home for sale give me a call and I”ll show you what could be your new home.

  1. G, agreed that Waverly is a nice run. I usually turn the other direction at Market but did Waverly for the first time a couple weeks ago. That stucco place is unreal.

  2. I think this is one of the most vital information for me.

things, The web site style is ideal, the articles is really great : D.
